Shipping & Returns

Most products are shipped within a couple of days. You will receive tracking information via email, or please message our Customer Support team by emailing contact@mymountainhound.com.

We only ship in the USA and Canada and are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Please note that order quantities may be limited.

 

Orders are processed and shipped as follows:

Orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on (or after 12pm EST the day prior to) a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that there may be a delay in processing and shipping during popular events and/or holidays. We will process your order as quickly as possible and all orders are processed in the order they come in.

 

Standard Shipping times are 3-5 business days after an order is processed, but in some cases may be as short as 1-2 days or as long as 7-10 business days.

Returns - Standard Products

We offer a 30 day return policy for all items ordered on MyMountainHound.com or other affiliated websites. Consumers may be responsible for the return shipping. All returns are refunded back to the original card used for purchase.
